At Connection Testers, we are committed to providing high-quality test equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy with the following terms and conditions.
Return Period
Products can be returned within 7–14 days of receipt.
Requests received after this period cannot be processed.
Return Terms
Products can only be returned if:
They are new, unused, and undamaged
They come complete with original packaging, manuals, and accessories
They are accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
Non-Returnable Products
Used or calibrated products
Custom or special-order products
Software, digital licenses, or activated products
Products damaged due to misuse
Return Procedure

Our team will provide shipping instructions
Shipping costs
These are borne by the buyer if the return is not due to our fault.
These are borne by us if:
The product is defective
The product does not match the order.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
Processing time: 2–7 business days

We will only replace products if:
Damaged or defective
Shipped incorrectly
Damaged/Defective Products
If the product is received damaged:
Report it within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Include photos/videos as evidence.
Warranty
Some test equipment products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for more information.
